火星财经消息，4 月 30 日，Tether 宣布收购南美可持续生产公司 Adecoagro 70% 股份，收购完成后，Adecoagro 董事会进行重大调整。 Tether 与 Adecoagro 的合作始于 2024 年 9 月，当时 Tether 投资 1 亿美元收购了 Adecoagro 9.8% 的股份。
